Privacy Policy

We collect a minimum of personal data: name, phone and e-mail — solely for order placement, delivery and status e-mails. No sharing with third parties except delivery and payment services.

What we store

Order contents, contacts and delivery status. We do not store card payment data — it's handled by Robokassa and the banks.

Cookies

We use cookies for the cart and anonymous statistics (Yandex Metrica). You can disable them in your browser — ordering will still work.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data by e-mailing info@silentiumsale.ru — we'll remove everything except the history required for self-employed accounting.
